Guaranteed Reservation
Incase of cancellation you are advised to let the lodge know at least 48hours before the planned date for arrival. There are no charges for postponement of reservation. However, failure to cancel in time will lead to a charge of 100% of one night accommodation.
Payment Policies
We accept cash in dollars or the equivalent in TZS. We also accept deposit slip directly to our bank account below.
Children
Full Board OR Half Board, throughout the year: 3 years and under are free of charge when sharing adults room
Check Out and Arrival
Rooms should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the scheduled date of departure. For New Arrivals, rooms are available from 1:00 pm (13:00hrs) on the scheduled arrival date.
Inclusions
Rates are inclusive of All Government Taxes, All Meals (as indicated on accommodation type), and Butler Service.
Exclusions
Rates are exclusive of transfers, beverages, gratuities, Laundry and Services, Guided Walking or Game Drives Safaris, Afternoon Tea, Room Service, Excursions in Karatu.
